...Fashion makes what could be a mudane necessity of everyday life creative, exciting and interesting. Clothes are more to me than just clothes, they are a form of art. Our bodies are like canvas, and when we dress we make a picture in the world! Fashion and personal style for me are forms of self expression and escapism. How we dress is important whether we are choosing to dress to reveal or conceal parts of our personality. It is the way we wish the world to see us, so even if the intention is to dress for the latter it still give us hints to who people are. I love mixing high fashion with vintage. I don't just dress to look pretty and I'm quite experimental..I dress for myself and will wear anything as long as I like it even if others are not quite so sure. It's important that your happy!!

tranquillité d'esprit

I love people and enjoy socialising but there are just somedays
which you need to sit, unwind and be with your own mind.

The dress I am wearing here is from a market and is made from indian silk. The colour of it drew me in instantly. There is something mesmerising about rich blue colours like this and green-blues to me. I find them both refreshing and calming at the same time. Maybe it is because they remind me of water and me being a piscean.

This dress/skirt can be worn in three different dress styles and a skirt. It is also made from two layers of different shades and patterns. The one side is a slightly lighter turquoise blue with a paisley like print which catches the light more whereas the otherside is a slightly deeper turquoise with a small purple and citrine flower print and a purple and metallic gold band which creates a border.

The perfect colour to wear to take you away from the busy hustle and bustles of life.
