Although based on normal everyday objects like teapots and lipstick the pairing of what could seem to be unrelated miscellaneous objects and their large size gives them a touch of humour, surrealism and fantasy.
But not a surreal wonderland for girls...they are not humorous to the point of frivolousness. The combination of black, gold and red gives them a strong presence, makes them luxurious and elegant.
They are for someone who is not afraid of being fun, strong, opinionated, feminine and confident all at the same time.
For me they also have an underlying message and remind me that what can appear to be regular everyday things we often take for granted and enjoy without a second thought have more importance than we always give them.
The little things in daily life count, can make your time special, make you smile and take you to another world.
